Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy ICF Charter Chapter

We understand that circumstances change and sometimes you are unable to attend an event as planned. As such, we offer the following cancellation and Refund policy to our membership:

Any cancellation notifications greater than 60 days prior to a  Chapter event will receive a full refund.

Any cancellation notifications between 60 and 8 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

No shows to a Chapter event and cancellations with less than 8 days notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only. Refunds will be made according to the above stated cancellation deadlines. All requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder, and include the name of the attendee and/or receipt number. Please send your cancellation request to [email protected]

When CCEU’s are provided as part of attendance at Professional Development events, no CCEU is given for members who do not attend the event.
