A Message from Our president

Connecting and Learning...and More!

During the past month, we have continued to pursue our 2020 theme “Connecting and Learning.”   We hosted three Coaches Corners throughout the Bay Area.  Our guests were happy and enthusiastic to meet, connect, share, and learn from each other.  They also shared ideas that will allow us to improve these events by including contact information for the hosts and possibly creating other avenues for members to organize ad hoc ways to meet.  The board is excited about developing avenues to facilitate more connections among our members.

On February 12 SFBAC represented at another tremendously successful Watermark Women’s Conference, where more than 30 coaches provided pro bono coaching to attendees.  The Conference organizers, SFBAC Board, and Chapter members look forward to this event each year. This is a great opportunity for conference guests to learn about the value of coaching through direct experience.  We are also looking ahead to International Coaching Week in May to provide more pro bono opportunities.

Coming up on March 11, SFBAC will host our first 2020  in-person program “LEADERSHIP - Mini-Habits: Small Tool for Big Success” with James Garrett, founder of Brain by Design.  We are also developing a program on Business Essentials in June. These are wonderful opportunities to learn, acquire CCEUs, and network with local coaches.  Be sure to register at sfbayareacoaches.org... and we’ll see you there!
